Tech said a name (not my name but she claimed she said my name) once and they just took me off the list. Once I asked about it they were very rude and aggressive. I had to put myself in the list and wait again. I was there for about 1:20 minutes or so. Last time I visited they posted my weight at 275 which ended up messing with my information with my employer. I'm nowhere near 275. If you have to visit this location make sure you ask what name they are trying to call else they will skip you. Good luck.

Patient Service Center staff were great. The door to this site was hard to open and it seemed like something was broken. On several times going to any Quest Locations over the last couple of years, my orders were not in the system. When I went on Monday December 30, the orders were nowhere to be found. I contacted my Doc about the orders, they sent me a copy of the original orders immediately by email. On the orders was written they were good till March 2025. I have had three previous tests under this standing order and am confused why it was lost in your system for the latest one.

Place looks like it is closed or abandoned, cardboard and posters closing the front desk glass(1st Time I've seen that, it gives a vibes like "Go Away").
Patient instructions clearly stated "No Appointment Required", I got out from work earlier, drove all the way there just to be told they are doing appointments only by one of their employees.
Upon arriving I went to the kiosk, an employee came out in full PPE(probably in the middle of a procedure but came out and interacted with me still) and just asked if I had an appointment, after I told her instructions said I didn't need one, she didn't seem very happy with my argument and said it was due to holidays.
Sincerely, the perception as a paying customer was that she only wanted to get rid of me because it was near closing time.

Phone system is a worthless completely automated system without a valid option for my question. Hope the walk ins don’t take too long. I think that is the only way to talk to a person.

Went in person to get labs. No one works at the front desk, everything is automated. Had to wait twenty minutes to talk to someone who had no referral for my labs. Waste of time, lousy service on the phone, lousy service in person. Not at all recommended.

So rude of a business to block their reception window! It's so inviting and makes you feel like they really care! What it's really saying is they don't want to be bothered by you!

Ridiculous place! I just had to drop off urine and they wanted to put me on a standby list to do that! Would have had to wait 2 hours to drop off urine!!!!!

I was a walk in, and Liz made sure I was accommodated in a timely manner. She and the other staff were very friendly and efficient.

They say walk-ins are ok, but they're not! You must use the machine to make an appointment, even if it's for a 5 minute blood draw. I arrived at 2, and had to make an appointment for 3. The person who came in shortly after got denied service because there were no more appointments for the day. (They close at 430).
FACE MASKS ARE NECESSARY, they will give you one if you don't have one.
Overall they have a very fast service. Once seen I was out in five minutes. There is no receptionist.
