I had an incredible experience with Teddy! He was so friendly and went out of his way to make my sandwich just perfect. The service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I’m hesitant to write this review because I love Publix store and I come to the store a lot. However today I received terrible customer service in the deli. I went for lunch to get a chicken tender sub. There was no line and the guy came up to assist. The service was not welcoming, he didn’t change his gloves and went into the buffet food with his cloth glove to get my chicken tenders. I asked for honey mustard and he put a line of yellow mustard and kept going. He prepared my sub as if he didn’t want to. Overall the quality of the sub was terrible and customer service was even worse. I regret paying $9 for a sub, when I would have gladly went next door to jimmy johns.

Deli is never staffed up enough.

0% chance if you ever order ahead that your order will be ready on time, like a 30% chance the order is ever fulfilled within a reasonable window surrounding that order time.

Best tip is to advertise as the one Publix deli who can't offer this service, put the manager's (whoever is the tight wad) face next to the announcement. Make it a point of pride that you can't accomplish this while other stores can.

Stop setting your people up to fail.

I shop here t least 3 times a week and I am not understanding What’s going on in this store ,, the eggs are $8 what is going on with the eggs !! The pharmacist are rude they make you wait more then 24 hrs for your medicine , Why so long The deli is empty at 6 -7 they already cleaned the slicers and start to shut down why You close at 10 pm you shouldn’t take 3-4 hrs to clean . I moved here 4 yrs ago and I loved this store but now it seems they are lacking on a lot of consistency in this store ,I went to the bakery and the Hoggie Rolls were burnt and French Bread was Hard like they weren’t paying attention Baking it and the Bakery manager looked at me while I was looking at the rolls shaking my head complaining about how you put to this out on display looking like this ,She was busy Talking to other associates,The hoggie bread were very small and hard like is this store being supervised,Even the steaks were cut all wrong at meat area ? What happened here I guess today was a bad day for a few departments because they are not baking right and I worked for Publix they should have never put burnt hard bread out on display or steak cut up bad , all the workers look so miserable, Maybe if you paid them right they would do a better job on the work Ethic. It’s not their fault’s it’s how they are being train !!! They need to lower their prices as well ,It’s price gouging!! I spend lots of money in this store , their stocks are high and making billions off of people like me !! Eggs $8 gatorade, $10 is ridiculous !! Very disappointed. Change back to when George was alive and Customers were always First Listen to your customers don’t give them attitudes because you leave a Review on the problems !! This store was great at one time !! What’s going on

On 8/17 I went to Publix to get some
Seafood for dinner. Chris was behind the counter and as soon as I arrived Chris was extremely welcoming and greeted me with a smile. He helped me get all the seafood I needed and his customer service was truly outstanding. We need more workers like Chris in the customer service field

Poorly managed. Tuesday, 10-8 a full 24 hours before the storm would hit they closed at 6 pm. Perfect weather. Would not even let people with prepaid perscriptions to pick up after surgery for their pain medication to get it. It was filled and waiting. Guy said no exceptions. Now my wife will be in major pain because of poor management. Horribly managed. The pharmacy was already pretty bad so now ypu add a poorly managed store. Publix is bad.
