Wir haben dort im Juni für 2 Nächte ein Standardzimmer, welches überraschend groß und voll ausgestattet war (Küche inkl. Kühlschrand & Herd). Alles war sauber, neu und hochwertig. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sollte man etwas vergessen haben, gibt es eine Art Supermarkt, wo man Zahnpaste, rasierer etc erwerben kann. Das Frühstück ist auch super und sehr frisch, an einem Tag wurden auf Bestellung sogar frische Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereitet. Nicht weit befindet sich auch eine größere Outlet-Mall (ich glaub Aurora), 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. Nach Chicago rein ist es schon ein längeres Stück, welches zudem auch Maut kostet. Alles in allem, top Hotel ind guter Lage.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hyatt house in Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville in einer Studio-King-Suite, die über eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (inkl. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler), sowie ein gemütliches, großes Sofa und einen kleinen Schreibtisch verfügt. ||||Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir zum einen natürlich die Stadt erneut besichtigen und zum anderen sehr viel Shoppen wollten. Das Hotel liegt sehr angenehm zwischen mehreren guten Einkaufszentren gelegen und ist auch ins Zentrum von Chicago nicht weit. Bei vorheriger Recherche finden sich einige sehr zentral gelegene Parkhäuser, die sehr günstig sind. Es gibt einen kostenlosen, großen Parkplatz direkt am Hotelgrundstück. ||||Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kleinen Shop direkt im Hotel, sollten Kleinigkeiten wie Zahnpasta benötigt werden. ||||Das Frühstück ist weit besser als erwartet gewesen. Es gab zu der üblichen amerikanischen-Frühstücksauswahl wie verschiedene Cereals, Marmeladen, Hash Browns und Würstchen auch einen kleinen Stand, wo nach Wunsch Omlette oder Eierspeise oder Waffeln frisch zubereitet wurden. ||||Das Hotel ist sicher kein Luxus-Hotel und der Pool lies in Sachen Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, für eine Shopping- bzw. Sightseeing-Reise nach Chicago ist das Hotel allerdings optimal.

This hotel.... wow oh wow... management.. AWFUL! There are "working women" here at the hotel, and who knows what kind of men they bring to the hotel, it cannot be safe. Especially for children. What I believe is the front office manager, was very professional with guests checking in, but as soon as that guest was done, he would go back to be very unprofessional with other guests. I was sitting on the other side of the lobby, so people may not have been able to see me, but he was drinking with guests trying to hide it from the cameras (the bar and front desk area have cameras). I could tell this by the way he was moving when making the drinks. How unprofessional is this! Not to mention, hearing the staff talk about how awful their ownership company is along with how awful their direct manager is, I will never stay here again. I had to go tell my wife to make sure I was not over reacting to everything I was seeing and hearing because having worked in customer service, if the staff is not happy, they will not treat the guests the way we deserve to be treated, and it shows. The rooms were not clean. I found hair and stains on towels and pillows, but worse of all the mice issue. I know it happens, but to be making light of it is not how it should be handled (I overheard the front desk people right before breakfast closed talking about a "Mr. Hyatt". I was making my coffee while trying to figure what they were talking about). I am very upset with my stay here, and while it has been a long while since I have stayed here, I remember all the details and not because it was a good stay. Now, I will say your front desk staff is amazing. They are very personable and helpful. Kayla, Shasta, and Khalif are all amazing and should be compensated for their hard-work. As for the manager.. I would get rid of him. At the very least a demotion until he figures out how to have business only relationships with guests, and nothing personal. This is a place of business and guests should not be having personal relationships with the staff.

Hyatt is a very nice place to be. Beautiful view, serene environment and lovely breakfast. The kitchen team were very friendly and always willing to meet customer's demand. My stay at Hyatt place was a memorable one. I love it. The entire team were awesome. From the front desk to the kitchen. The room manager also did a wonderful job

It's very nice and the accessible rooms have plenty of room to move about. The pool was pretty fun. The beds were comfortable and it is not far from plenty of things to do. Ours was a trip to Fox Valley Mall and eating out. Mostly, it was just nice to relax.

I would give it 4.5 . Hotel staff is wonderful. I had an issue with hot water and Edward worked with me to get it resolved. He was pleasant and never made me feel like I was bothering him, even though he was juggling check in's phone calls and making food for others. Hotel is older and carpets are stained but the rooms are clean, bathrooms spotless. Bed and bedding is outstanding. Very comfortable. When in the area for business, I will stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The kitchen has cups and plates to use. Even pans and the breakfast was great with many great selection of food. The pool was also very nice. There are a lot of great restaurants around the area as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room was very spacious with basically a full kitchen. The room was dated and need some major maintenance and upkeep. Baseboards were missing in the living area, tiles were missing and cracked in the bathroom, there was water damage to the drywall in the bathroom. As for the rest of the hotel, there were bleach stains and other stains on the carpet all over the hotel, the stairwells were dirty and stained. The hotel was convenient for us location wise, but for the price, it needs to be kept up better. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs some TLC.
