Nice store and friendly personable staff. Plus ammo was actually in stock

Update: came by today, not realizing the storefront was no longer open, to get help with a optic mount screw that was seized.
Steve came out, learned what my problem was, then went inside and got it fixed, no questions asked.

My daughters and a group of their friends took a self defense and safety awareness class here. They learned a lot and had a blast. They all wanted to come back and do it again. The people here are genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. The instructor shared his knowledge effectively with a group that are hard to impress: teenage girls! Definitely recommend.

These folks are extremely helpful and genuinely want to find exactly what you need. Not once have I been talked down to or had someone try to up-sell me here. The staff are very knowledgeable and will never steer you wrong but if your heart is set on a specific product they will not try to dissuade you. A great local small business!

Just bought 2 pistols from here. Great prices on them. However, Scott is running the store by himself and it appears that he gets over whelmed with too many customers. Not enough accessories for pistols in the store. It would be better to have more accessories for pistols in the store. Ammo prices are on point.

I will give you four stars for the prices. I have only met Scott. I am glad that he has help now. When it comes to accessories I prefer to hold them and see them. I will do a lot of research before I order off of your website to ensure what I order the first time will work. Thanks for getting back to me.

I had a loose scope mount on my Ruger 10/22. Called several places but no one had time to look at it. I took it to Scott at E C Customs. He had it fixed and back in my hands within a hour. It had the wrong mount on it and got stripped. Scott was able to put a new mount on and tighten it down while i waited. Very good customer service and freindly staff. I will return for any future purchases.

These guys are absolutely awesome and will go above and beyond to help you out with whatever it is you are needing. Unlike a lot of gun stores that will make you feel unwelcome especially if you're a first time buyer or simply wanting to learn but I see first hand how they help tech people the right way and not just try to sell them something
