We stayed here for 2 nights (family of 5 with 3 different rooms) and it was a great and pleasant visit. Day 2 there was a lot more activity but the staff handled it very well and still had great customer service. Albert made breakfast very pleasant both mornings and we appreciate him for that. He didn’t just cook our food, he had great energy and showed he was happy to be there with us and engaged in conversation with us until our food was done. We tipped him every day because he definitely deserved it. Thank you to everyone and my family and I are choosing to stay here every visit to Peoria from now on.

When we arrived and checked into our room, we noticed trash in the trash cans, an empty water bottle on the nightstand, hair in the sink, towels looked like they were re-folded and put back on the shelf, and the bed was not made. We took photos and showed them to the front desk agent Alex who was incredibly helpful. We were given a new room and it was much better. Alex as well even escorted us up to our new room (which was upgraded) and made sure it was to our liking. Shoutout to Alex! Lastly, the workout room needs a major upgrade on some machines. The treadmills are barely functioning (one doesn’t function at all). However, the service we experienced in the morning was phenomenal from both Albert (the cook) and Shannon for taking our dishes. They both greeted us with contagious smiles and amazing service! The omelet was FIRE! 5 stars definitely given to the service staff! This review would’ve been a 5 star if we would’ve had a clean room the first time!

The room was a little dated, but ultimately it was good Embassy level quality. The breakfast was AMAZING! Albert is one of the best chefs I've seen, and he obviously loves his job.

The speed, accuracy, and flair Albert put into his cooking was awesome! He also made sure to delight each a and every customer as they went through the line. Impressive, since he was the only one working the cooking area.

The whole meal ended with a visit from Nate who made sure we were taken care of as we left the breakfast area. Let's just say that we will be visiting again soon!

I still have another day BUT everything has been amazing and timely first meeting Alex at the front desk upon check in awesome and very personable.

Then, at breakfast the Omelette were made to order and were delicious which was made by a different Alex. It was 7:15am and he was very upbeat happy and was a great person to encounter for the morning.

Lastly, Shannon our waiter (not sure her specific title; sorry) she was amazing very present, attentive from the moment we stepped in the breakfast area. Getting high chairs to removing plates from the table.

All in all the experience has been one to experience again and deserves recognition!

Great room with an amazing view. The staff are all welcoming and attentive. Special kudos to Albert the AMAZING cook manning the omelette bar—upbeat and so good at his job. Can’t really praise him highly enough. Also Shannon—so friendly and kind. The person behind the bar at the cafe was great too—and the chef made us some terrific food.
Thanks for an awesome stay. Looking forward to returning.

I was here for a basketball event. This hotel was truly a home away from home. The breakfast was the best! The employees that made the omelets and pancakes on the spot was the best!! They were nice and made the morning g cheerful! Also Shannon was very nice and accommodating! The lobby was so packed with people, but she made sure I had my coffee and that I was comfortable. I can't say it enough how great it was!!!

When we arrived to our room we noticed there was food on our counter. They offered to change our room for us, we thought that was a wonderful gesture but we were fine with them just cleaning it up. The next morning we went down to breakfast, Albert made a delicious omelet and made the atmosphere fun. You can tell he loves what he does!
