I sent them one item as an Amazon return, that they would inspect what's wrong and send pictures. I wrote countless emails and the support would write some details, but never did the job tell the end, after 2 months I got fed up and told them to send the item to a reliable prep center. But they claimed they didn't have the item now... Worst customer support I have know for a company in my life. The item cost was $250. Going to sue these thieves.
