My daughter got a tire from them for my car. The tire they put on had no tread. It was worse than my spare. I noticed it as did my son n law. I don't drive but about 5 miles per week; so I just let it go and intended to get another one asap. It's been maybe 2 months but less than a hundred miles since the tire was installed. It completely shredded a week ago. My son n law couldn't get it off bc one of the lug nuts is stuck. I look on here to find out they have put lug nuts on wrong before. I called and the man was really rude. I barely got one sentence out and he said he was too busy to talk to me. Then he said he couldn't help me. All I was trying to ask if I hadn't been interrupted abruptly was could someone remove the tire they put on. I wasn't wanting money back; just to get the tire off. He never heard me out tho. Unbelievable that someone couldn't care less when putting lug nuts on wrong as well as putting a bald tire on a vehicle can result in a horrible accident. Thanks for being so rude and not caring.

Make sure they balance you're tire's on the balance machine before they install your tires back on your vehicle.. I left from norman over an hr ago and just now noticed it.. 100 for all that and not even balanced.. you've been warned..

I went to get air in my tires Wednesday because my light came on saying I needed air.. They put air in my 2 back tires because they said those were the tires that was low. My light came back on today stop at a different tire place and the guy said it was my front driver said that was low had a nail in it and my 2 back tires had 50 psi and 45 psi in them.. ? I’m surprised I didn’t have a blow out. They was trying to sale me some tires because I need them but dame that’s not a good way to get business over filling the dame tires.

Never again will I go here. I'm a single mom who went for a patch or plug, was charged 20$ for that didn't see its now cash only so I had to use the ATM which also charges 2.99 .... when I say I was robbed by this place, sad part is I have went here over the years for tires patches and anything in between they were nice and respectful but TODAY. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AND EVERYONE IVE REFERRED HERE. Including a mechanic who USED to refer people to you as well. I have no issue with a tip. But 20$ for a patch is ridiculous. I should of went up the street. Funny thing is, even the website quotes tire fixes for 7 or 13. Yeah i was robbed. DO NOT GO HERE.

Update quickly went here and they referred me to their families tire shop... needed a tire quick....

They broke my sensor I had to replace myself...

Again over this place don't go here

I thought they were truthful. service was fast. I believe they have competitive prices. Sits on the corner of Porter and apache. Not to busy this day but if it was there wouldn't be to much parking.
