Holy crap! For two vegans living in Saint Petersburg, who moved here from Chicago, good Asian food is always a nice surprise. I forced myself to stop eating for a second to snap a picture. The Spicy Eggplant is as good as it gets, and deep fried silken tofu made the general Tso’s tofu (I know: it was pretty Americanized order from us, but we were playing it safe) light and yummy, unlike all the places using pre-fried tofu for same.

My wife also ordered a vermicelli bowl, too, since Ha Long Bay is in Vietnam, we should try one dish right? They heard we veg out And offered my wife an off-menu lemongrass tofu Vermicelli bowl. Guess what? It was amazing, with lemony peppery firm tofu strips that prepared in a completely different way from the General Tso’s (a very good thing).

Next time we’ll dive into their vast dim sum offerings (Ha Long Bay’s actual speciality). although it’s pretty carnivor-centric. We left sated, with tons of left overs, feeling for the first time in St Petersburg like we’d found both delicious and authentic offerings.

Great food selection. They have alot of different choices between Vietnamese cuisine and Chinese you should be able to find something you like. During the weekend they bring a cart around with smaller dishes and deserts, this is a great way to try some different things with a group. Service was a little lacking when we went as the waiter only checked on us twice. Beginning and end of the meal. my drink cup was empty for a good amount of time. I would go back, hopefully it was just an off day for the waiter.

Didn't realize they opened at 5pm... arrived at 4pm. Killed some time and came back at 5:10 and they we 30% full. Understand why after I started eating. The Dim Sum was delicious. We drove 45 minutes to dine here and it was worth the ride. Service was excellent. Had 3 different people ask me what I wanted to drink within minutes of arriving- was refreshing to see the staff genuinely interested is us. Will definitely be back!

This is rated solely on dim sum since that’s all that I had.

First of all, this is the only restaurant in the Tampa Bay area that has dim sum every day until 4 PM.

It is reasonably priced, the attendants were really friendly, the dishes can quickly, and they were fantastic. There was a pan fried chive dumping that I wouldn’t order again because I didn't care for the taste, but it was cooked perfectly with a great chewy dumpling skin and a crunchy golden brown on each side. Next time I will try the pork and chive dumping to replace that one.

I am looking forward to taking my kids here to try a bunch more dim sum offerings.

This place has been my absolute favorite restaurant for the past 4 years! It’s my go-to spot, my ultimate comfort meal, whether it’s Christmas, New Year’s, or just a regular day. Their pho bowls are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, so flavorful and comforting. And the dim sum? Incredible! If you’re looking for amazing food that never disappoints, this is the place to be.

食品味道还可以，只是有一群无脑的服务员，一个牛肉炒河粉下单40分钟都上不了餐，跟服务员说了三次都上不了，最好上了个鸭肉炒河粉。拿回去过了15分钟再问，他竟然跟我说厨房炒错了，他帮我删除了，我只想跟他说一声谢谢，真是一群不带脑上班的服务员

Ha Long Bay is a hit every time. I’ve been several times for dim sum on the weekend and am always impressed by the food and service. They have tons of options for all types of Chinese and vietnamese food. This time, my partner and I came on a weeknight and ordered off the standard menu. The beef lo mein completely met my noodle cravings, and their shrimp fresh rolls were very tasty. Check out their dim sum if you’re interested in a huge variety of dumplings, steamed buns, and more!

Absolutely fantastic. Went for dim sum but I'm sure the main dishes are probably great. Ordered around 8 dim sum dishes (I was so excited). My absolute recommendations are: pork and shrimp dumpling, sticky rice in lotus leaf, fried shrimp dumpling. Special mentions: pork and peanut, pork and ginger. The flavors do not shy away, you can tell they don't add tons of filler to the dumpling meats. Each dumpling takes a good 2 to 3 bites so it is very filling. I will be returning!
